Villa Andromeda Sunset
Clinging to the hillside overlooking the endless blue Ionian sea towards the Ionian coastline of Epirus is the charming "cave" house, Villa Andromeda Sunset.
Step inside, and you'll find that all rooms face the pool terrace and the breathtaking view beyond. The living room with dining area is open plan to the kitchen and this entire area is bordered by large glass doors offering endless views at every turn.
This beautiful, stylish property is ideal for a couple (or two couples) or even a small family, with two bedrooms both boasting ensuite shower rooms.
The exterior area offers a generous terrace with alfresco dining and a barbecue area as well as supremely comfortable sunbeds for lounging by the pool. The oversized rectangular infinity pool offers glorious views down the steep wooded hillside to the sea and many hours will surely be spent just gazing out to the sea from the sunbeds and outdoor seating provided.
*Please note, a parking space is available for this property, located approx 30m from the villa entrance and up a number of steps.
This is a developing resort and a new villa is being built nearby Villa Orion with intermittent works being completed. You may experience minor noise disturbance and the work is visible upon arrival to the villa.* Our local team will continue to monitor the work regularly and we will contact any customers where we feel their stay at the villa will be affected significantly.
*Relevant for bookings until 30/10/24 works expected to complete for 2025 season.
Please note, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 24 steps. There is also a ramp to the front door. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 200cm wide. Overall, the entrance to the villa is steep, but the surrounding terrace is flat. The pool itself has step access. This is a ground-floor property. The master double bedroom door is 80cm wide, whilst the ensuite door is 70cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 80cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 80cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
