The middle level hosts a bright, open-plan living area with a seamless flow into a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a central island and high-end appliances, including a wine fridge. Large openings lead to expansive terraces and multiple sitting areas, inviting guests to relax and reconnect with nature.

Outdoors, Villa Borsa truly comes into its own. Stone-paved pathways wind through landscaped gardens, leading to peaceful corners designed for relaxation. A private salt water infinity pool overlooks the mountains with stunning sea views, offering breathtaking sunset moments. The space is fully air-conditioned and includes a WC, Wi-Fi, and a large TV for added comfort and convenience. Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitoes, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.

• A minimum stay charge applies depending on the season. Prices also vary according to the exact number of guests. To avoid any misunderstandings, kindly ensure that you select the correct number of people when making your booking.
• If the size or configuration of your group changes before arrival and differs from your original booking, additional charges may apply.
• An additional 15€/day environmental fee should be paid in cash directly to the owner upon arrival.
• Pets are considered, and if approved, a €150 fee per stay applies.
