Apartment 8, Barton Manor is a new and stunning self-contained luxury suite, situated on the first floor of Barton Manor with its own entrance and hallway. It has been designed and decorated to an extremely high standard using Osbourne & Little wallpapers to match and co-ordinate throughout. There are two comfortable double fitted en-suite bedrooms with Wi-Fi & Smart TV’s and a large south facing lounge with a separate fully fitted kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is complete with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine & all associated utensils and both the lounge and kitchen have garden views.
Apartment 8 also provides a parking space in the undercover oak carport within the grounds of Barton Manor and there is also an overnight slow charge facility for electric cars.
A security deposit of £300 is requested by the owner two weeks prior to your stay at Barton Manor. This deposit is fully refundable on the date of your departure subject to no damage or breakages.

Hi! I'm Sara and myself and my husband own Barton Manor, which sits cosily at the end of a private road in the village of Nyetimber, West Sussex. We have two more apartments for holiday/breaks, within Barton Manor (one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor) and also The Gatehouse, a 5-bedroom family house for holiday/breaks, which is right next door to Barton Manor. We have two grown-up children; one of each, a beautiful (yes, I'm bias!) very fluffy Border Collie and a Green Winged Macaw who is an adorable gentle giant! We've been renting out our properties for three years now and I absolutely love it. I love meeting new guests from all over the World, many of which return to us again, which is just perfect; it means we've ticked all the boxes!
Why they chose this property
This stylish, first floor suite is a perfect, idyllic retreat for two couples or friends wanting a break together. Barton Manor is noted in the Guinness book of records as the oldest continually inhabited Manor House is Britain, tracing its occupancy back to 700AD. The Manor House has been carefully and sympathetically renovated combining the elegance and feel of a historic building with high quality contemporary suites/apartments. This particular suite overlooks the Barton Manors’ beautiful gardens.
Nyetimber has a cosy village environment with three excellent pubs dating back to the 1800’s. As well as the restaurant/pubs, all serving extremely good food, Nyetimber has a Tesco’s Express, Spar and Co-op, all of which are walking distance as well as having the beautiful beaches of Pagham on its doorstep. It’s close to the Cathedral City of Chichester and the beautiful town of Arundel with its historical castle and a wealth of antique shops and we are lucky enough to be surrounded by stunning Goodwood Countryside and incredible sunny south coast beaches.

What makes this property unique
We live next door in Barton Manor and I always greet my guests when handing over the keys and show you around the property etc and will always come and say goodbye and the end of your stay when I collect the keys from you. Likewise, we are available during your stay should you have any queries. We have both lived in the area for most of our lives and between us, we have quite a wide knowledge of nearby towns & places to visit and fabulous places to eat.
