The lounge and both bedrooms open on to the large South facing balcony looking out to the pool & golf course. Fully fitted 'state of the art' kitchen including fridge freezer, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and dishwasher plus a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

This is a private, secure gated development with an outdoor pool and separate children's pool within sub-tropical gardens. There is also access to the communal paddle tennis court. The apartment is serviced by a lift & ideal for disabled access, there is also private underground parking as well as ample ground level secure parking.

The apartment is a 5 minute flat walk to Noria golf course, the centre of La Cala and La Cala beach. All local amenities are close by in easy walking distance - shops, supermarkets (Aldi 3 minutes), bars, restaurants, hairdressers, banks, doctors, chemist, local Wednesday & Saturday market, buses to Fuengirola & Marbella & taxi rank.

La Cala is an unspoilt fishing village with plenty of fantastic restaurants and bars and a lovely beach. One of the nicest spots on the coast, and being only 20 minutes from Malaga airport.
