The Space:
Living Area

Entered through double doors, the open plan living space is roomy yet homely, furnished tastefully with two corner suite sofas an arrangement of coffee tables and a flat screen Smart TV, ideal for streaming your favourite shows. The space overlooks the stunning mountain views, garden and swimming pool.

Dining Area

The Dining area seats 6 with an oak dining table. The villa comes equipped with all crockery you will need during your stay, ready for enjoying delicious meals together. There is also an additional breakfast bar with four bar stools.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fitted with light wood cupboards and a marble stone worktop. It is fully equipped with high quality appliances including an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, fridge, pans, dishes, cups, glasses etc. We are sure you will have everything you need to rustle up some delicious food for you and the other guests.

Bedrooms

The first bedroom is bright and spacious, overlooking the driveway of the property. There are twin beds, ideal for children or a pair of friends. The bedroom has sufficient storage, a full length mirror and an ottoman seat at the foot of each bed. You will have a restful sleep with our hotel quality linen and air conditioning in all of the bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and overlooks the gardens. Bedroom 3 is the master bedroom with a king size bed, and en-suite. The en-suite is equipped with a bath and shower and his and hers sinks.

Bathroom

The main bathroom is easily accessible for guests staying in bedrooms 1 and 2. There is a bath and a separate shower. The bathroom is very spacious and tiled with marble flooring.

Garden

No doubt, you will enjoy a scenic mountain landscape as your view, which is particularly breath-taking during sunset. There is plenty of space for all guests to find their own perfect spot for sunbathing and relaxing. There is luxurious outdoor seating both for lounging and dining and an electric sun umbrella which covers this seated area and can be used for protection on extra sunny days. The swimming pool is large and well-maintained. There are 6 sun loungers in total.

The Neighborhood:
The villa is a 5-10 minute drive to the main strip of Fuengirola. Relax on the beach, playa de los boliches and enjoy a stroll on the promenade of this buzzing district! 5 star rated, Mijas Golf club is just a 10 minute drive from the villa. Aquamijas is the local waterpark which can be reached within 10 minutes by car. Mijas Village is only a 10 minute drive away!

Marbella can be reached within 30 minutes and Benalmadena within 20 minutes by car.
