This charming one-storey end terrace house is completely renovated and decorated in an elegant style. BBQ and large sun terrace area, private swimming pool with views of the sea, free wi-fi in a quiet location but only a few minutes walk from various amenities such as restaurants, mini market, diving centre, Lido swimming sea area where you can do diving or snorkelling.
This area offers a variety of activities where you can explore the mountains, enjoy water sports or just relax by the pool. Caniço de Baixo has also a variety of restaurants where you can enjoy Portuguese and international cuisine, fresh fish from the Atlantic waters and all delicious types of food.
No car is required, and excellent bus services to Funchal City are only a few minutes walk from the villa.
Airport transfers and sightseeing tours can be organised.

Pool heating is optional and costs 150,00€ per week for a set of 24ºC, paid in cash on arrival. A supplement of 30,00€ per week applies for each additional degree set up to a maximum of 26ºC
Pool heating should be requested at least one week in advance. Should it be requested after arrival at the villa, the minimum charge applicable is one week, which is payable from the time the heating is turned on.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
