We picked this place because of the location, we were going to a concert in RedmondThe condo was perfect size, we had two couples. Our bed was super comfortable, nice quiet area, nice walking trails, the pool was nice easy access to town. I would stay here again.
The property is fantastic - especially the pool and proximity to the town of Sisters. The kitchen amenities get the job done but not a "chef's kitchen" if you are looking to make more elaborate meals. And you may want to bring a kitchen knife if you can make it happen! Prompt responses to any of our questions, easy check-in and check-out. Friendly community of homeowners and renters at the condo complex.
The property was spotless, peaceful, and in a very nice community. We were able to walk into downtown Sisters in a matter of minutes and were also close driving distance to everything we wanted to see in the area. I definitely recommend this property.
Once again we love Roy's condo and the town of Sisters. Clean, convenient, and well cared for this property has amazing amenities and we'll plan to come back next year again. Roy is a communicative, helpful host. We love it!
Unit was clean and as advertised. Beds were comfortable which is a big plus. Nice location. Loved the smell of the juniper trees every morning. Could use some upgrades (carpet on balcony needs replaced and outdoor furniture wasn’t comfortable) but overall we very much enjoyed our stay and would gladly do it again!
Our stay was wonderful! The perfect condo for a family, and so close to town. Roy was super accommodating and great to work with. Don't hesitate to stay here! We will definitely be back.
Well located condo next to Five Pines campus (which includes Three Creeks Brewing). Property owner (and manager) Roy was extremely responsive and accommodating--allowing late check out upon request (we requested two different times and both granted). Plenty of space for our family with nice common grounds where the kids could play. Unit as advertised and we would happily stay again.
Everything was good, I should have printed off the check in instructions before hand, WI-FI was bad so I couldn’t bring them up once I was there. I did notice extra cleaning that should be done, mildew in the showers and the dinning room chairs should be shampooed or replaced.
My friend and I used to take our boys here when they were little. It was so fun to go back with them as adults - just moms and sons. Just a few hiccups (needing to ask for more toilet paper, smoke alarm going off in the middle of the night and finding it hidden behind a plant on top of the microwave, the description said there was an air mattress but there wasn’t, one tiny bottle of shampoo for 4 people) but it was an overall fun trip.
Condo was very clean and looked out on the grass and pool area which never got too noisy. Loved having ping pong, pool table & foosball in the community room. The kitchen had the basics. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were excellent quality. The pillows were a little hard and unforgiving for my taste. Loved sitting on the patio in the evenings, but the furniture could have been a little more comfortable. The only real problem we had was the condo smelled so strongly of cleaning chemicals when we got there. We had to open all the doors and windows and turn on all the fans and sit outside until the smell cleared. Also there was scent free laundry soap but scented dryer sheets which made the sheets and pillow cases difficult to sleep in for those of us with sensitivities. Location was great, it was an easy walk to town and the covered parking was appreciated on a hot day. Overall it was a great condo and location, I would stay there again. But please ease up on the Pine Sol smell!

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly
The Good: We stayed during the hottest days of summer. And the portable air conditioner and fans worked great. The community pool was close by the unit and well maintained. The balcony was lovely - like being in the tree tops. The unit was clean. The appliances worked well. The sheets and towels were adequate.
The Bad: The furniture needs an upgrade. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and since we used it every night, we took turns using it. The arm chairs are very worn as in stuffing coming out. Outdoor furniture was usable but not comfortable. The battery clock didn't keep correct time despite resetting the time many times. Two rolls of TP for 5 days is not acceptable.
The Ugly: The kitchen utensils were a joke. The silverware was so small, we call to request full size forks. Which we received. The knives were so dull, we used pocket knives to cut veggies. There are two can openers, both did not work. . And the first aid kit (bandaids) needs to be replaced. A trip to a thrift store would solve several of these problems.
Great location in Sisters, easy drive to Redmond and Bend. Although dated the condo is nice. Hot tub is a short walk down a path and was clean, spacious, and good temperature. Very nice grounds with beautiful trees, one assigned parking spot, and close parking for other guests. Host was easy to reach when I had questions about the address.
It was my daughter’s 18th birthday and she wanted to come here with friends. The space is nice, the location is walkable into Sisters which we did daily, and the area is lovely. A hidden gem!
We've stayed at this property before. The location is ideal for biking and walking to anywhere in town. The pool and game room is a big hit with our son and enjoyed by all.
Roy was excellent to communicate with and very prompt to reply to our questions. If there was a feedback comment to make...we wished that a BBQ was available for this property.
We'll be back agian soon!
This was our second visit at this property. Roy was an excellent host again with clear communication, easy check-in, and clear and easy rules for the property. The property is well appointed. We love the pool, hot tub, and lawn. The condo is very close to town and we walked into town with our 3-year-old on a scooter and all had a lot of fun. We'll be staying a 3rd time soon I'm sure!
Our family had a wonderful time. We utilized the amenities, which the kids really enjoyed. The location is wonderful. We had a great family walk into town. Our older kids had a great run! (Cross country kiddos) It was also in a great vicinity to the ski resort. Our stay was enjoyable.
Thank you for everything!
We visit Oregon annually for the Sisters Folk Festival and to visit abundant family members who live in Oregon. We love staying at Roy's condo, as the location is perfect for the festival, and the condo is clean and comfortable. Roy is excellent at responding to inquiries. Thank you.

Good location, not worth the price
What I liked about the condo was the location. It was quiet as well. We enjoyed the back deck and using the hot tub. I contacted Roy for trash bags and paper towels. He responded right away and brought them over quickly.
Unfortunately, we wouldn't stay here again. It was not worth the cost. We travel often; this rental was the most sparce for inventory. As mentioned above, their was only one trash bag and the paper towels were almost gone upon arrival. For five guests, they only provided four bath towels and two washcloths. The one bathroom didn't have a bath mat/towel to step onto from exiting the shower. Each bathroom only had one roll of toilet paper. We had to go to the store to buy a box of tissues. The coffee provided didn't taste good. The kitchen had the bare minimum, and no salt or pepper. There was only enough laundry detergent for a couple of loads and no dryer sheets. The only cleaner we could find to use on the dining room table and kitchen counters smelled horrendous like vomit. One toilet had issues. It would run nonstop and wouldn't flush every other time. The tank wasn't filling properly.
We felt like the rental was too expensive for what you get. It felt chintzy and didn't have the home away from home comfort feel.
Close to downtown sisters. 3 Creeks Brewing is very close and food was great. Check-in was easy. The condo was pretty clean, there was a large wad of black hair on the wall in one of the showers. The tv remote batteries died one night and Roy was so kind to drop new ones by. Overall, we had a great stay.
