We loved our stay at Roy’s property. Very spacious. We have two couples traveling together so the two suite bedrooms were ideal. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub! I am a quilter and I loved the artwork/books on the local quilt festival
Very clean and well appointed. The unit overlooks the pool and clubhouse and tended to be a little noisy. The neighbors in the next building were also loud. The unit itself was very comfortable.
We had a great stay, loved the proximity of walking to town The condo was very comfortable just a little dated. The beds and pillows were great. It had a washer/ dryer but no soap to wash clothes maybe missed something where it said to bring your own. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the quietness of the surroundings. We would definitely stay at the 4th Sister again.
This condo was spacious and comfortable. The location was quiet and the view from the deck is lovely. Walking distance into town and a great place for our time in Sisters.
We picked this place because of the location, we were going to a concert in RedmondThe condo was perfect size, we had two couples. Our bed was super comfortable, nice quiet area, nice walking trails, the pool was nice easy access to town. I would stay here again.
The property was spotless, peaceful, and in a very nice community. We were able to walk into downtown Sisters in a matter of minutes and were also close driving distance to everything we wanted to see in the area. I definitely recommend this property.
Unit was clean and as advertised. Beds were comfortable which is a big plus. Nice location. Loved the smell of the juniper trees every morning. Could use some upgrades (carpet on balcony needs replaced and outdoor furniture wasn’t comfortable) but overall we very much enjoyed our stay and would gladly do it again!
Our stay was wonderful! The perfect condo for a family, and so close to town. Roy was super accommodating and great to work with. Don't hesitate to stay here! We will definitely be back.
Once again we love Roy's condo and the town of Sisters. Clean, convenient, and well cared for this property has amazing amenities and we'll plan to come back next year again. Roy is a communicative, helpful host. We love it!
Great location in Sisters, easy drive to Redmond and Bend. Although dated the condo is nice. Hot tub is a short walk down a path and was clean, spacious, and good temperature. Very nice grounds with beautiful trees, one assigned parking spot, and close parking for other guests. Host was easy to reach when I had questions about the address.
The property is fantastic - especially the pool and proximity to the town of Sisters. The kitchen amenities get the job done but not a "chef's kitchen" if you are looking to make more elaborate meals. And you may want to bring a kitchen knife if you can make it happen! Prompt responses to any of our questions, easy check-in and check-out. Friendly community of homeowners and renters at the condo complex.
Close to downtown sisters. 3 Creeks Brewing is very close and food was great. Check-in was easy. The condo was pretty clean, there was a large wad of black hair on the wall in one of the showers. The tv remote batteries died one night and Roy was so kind to drop new ones by. Overall, we had a great stay.

Thank you Andrea. Sorry about the shower, the cleaners are typically very thorough.
Well located condo next to Five Pines campus (which includes Three Creeks Brewing). Property owner (and manager) Roy was extremely responsive and accommodating--allowing late check out upon request (we requested two different times and both granted). Plenty of space for our family with nice common grounds where the kids could play. Unit as advertised and we would happily stay again.
My friend and I used to take our boys here when they were little. It was so fun to go back with them as adults - just moms and sons. Just a few hiccups (needing to ask for more toilet paper, smoke alarm going off in the middle of the night and finding it hidden behind a plant on top of the microwave, the description said there was an air mattress but there wasn’t, one tiny bottle of shampoo for 4 people) but it was an overall fun trip.
Everything was good, I should have printed off the check in instructions before hand, WI-FI was bad so I couldn’t bring them up once I was there. I did notice extra cleaning that should be done, mildew in the showers and the dinning room chairs should be shampooed or replaced.

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly
The Good: We stayed during the hottest days of summer. And the portable air conditioner and fans worked great. The community pool was close by the unit and well maintained. The balcony was lovely - like being in the tree tops. The unit was clean. The appliances worked well. The sheets and towels were adequate.
The Bad: The furniture needs an upgrade. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and since we used it every night, we took turns using it. The arm chairs are very worn as in stuffing coming out. Outdoor furniture was usable but not comfortable. The battery clock didn't keep correct time despite resetting the time many times. Two rolls of TP for 5 days is not acceptable.
The Ugly: The kitchen utensils were a joke. The silverware was so small, we call to request full size forks. Which we received. The knives were so dull, we used pocket knives to cut veggies. There are two can openers, both did not work. . And the first aid kit (bandaids) needs to be replaced. A trip to a thrift store would solve several of these problems.

Good location, not worth the price
What I liked about the condo was the location. It was quiet as well. We enjoyed the back deck and using the hot tub. I contacted Roy for trash bags and paper towels. He responded right away and brought them over quickly.
Unfortunately, we wouldn't stay here again. It was not worth the cost. We travel often; this rental was the most sparce for inventory. As mentioned above, their was only one trash bag and the paper towels were almost gone upon arrival. For five guests, they only provided four bath towels and two washcloths. The one bathroom didn't have a bath mat/towel to step onto from exiting the shower. Each bathroom only had one roll of toilet paper. We had to go to the store to buy a box of tissues. The coffee provided didn't taste good. The kitchen had the bare minimum, and no salt or pepper. There was only enough laundry detergent for a couple of loads and no dryer sheets. The only cleaner we could find to use on the dining room table and kitchen counters smelled horrendous like vomit. One toilet had issues. It would run nonstop and wouldn't flush every other time. The tank wasn't filling properly.
We felt like the rental was too expensive for what you get. It felt chintzy and didn't have the home away from home comfort feel.

We are sorry that Danielle felt this way. We responded immediately when Danielle let us know that the garbage under the sink was too small and provided a larger garbage container along with larger garbage bags. When she had problems with the toilet, we immediately told her the chain most likely was wrapped on itself and was an quick fix. As for the other comments, please refer to feedback from other guests regarding the condo and amenities.
