Casa Verrua is located in the centre of Scurzolengo. It features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, and a parking space.
The rooms open onto two spacious terraces where you can admire the scenery, sunbathe, use the exercise equipment, and enjoy the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito-proofing system.
Casa Verrua is close to charming towns such as Asti, Alba, Moncalvo, and Aqui Terme. Turin, Milan, and Genoa are about an hour and a half away by car.
The house is completely separate from the rest of the residential complex.
The pool is for the exclusive use of guests and the Verrua family.
The pool is open from June through September.
The hot tub is open year-round and can accommodate 5–6 people.

Mooie accommodatie op een prachtige locatie. Voorzien van alle voorzieningen. Alles netjes en verzorgd. Pluspunt was het grote (deels overdekte) terras en de jacuzzi, beide met een schitterend uitzicht. Het zwembad was gedeeld met 2 andere accommodaties ( dit staat niet altijd duidelijk vermeld). De gastheer is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en staat klaar om tips te geven.

Een met zorg ingericht thuis, opvallend goed geoutilleerd, met fantastisch uitzicht, goede faciliteiten in/bij het huis en fijne eetgelegenheden in de buurt en niet te vergeten heel gastvrije hosts!
