Hi we booked a 3 bed caravan villa Property 11249889
Resavation Id. TN549825605
This was a 3 bed
2 bathrooms
1st double
2nd 2 singles
3rd 2 singles
Towels linen included
4 adults
My niece and partner and 16 year old son
And I'm 66 years old with limited disability.
When we arrived for someone to meet us there was no one there so we rang the mobile we were given he directed us to one which isn't the one we booked it was a two bed and didn't seem anywhere near the standard we booked.
When we questioned it he said it's what we booked
There were no towels.
Then on further inspection no pans so he sent some round with some.
The standard of cleanliness was not up to any standard.
The halogen oven was thrown under the unit it was full of grease and other odments of stuff including a hammer so we left it untouched and we payed for a clean.
We had to wash all the dishes and cutlery there was a packet of co codamel
The work tops were discrasful the hob was dirty
Oven didn't light but the hob did.
So limited for cooking facilities.
My niece booked another two nights after a discussion between us all
As we wouldn't get anywhere else such short notice.
We pulled the sofa bed out which we found dead fly's on base of sofa.
We sent a message to the sight manager as we couldn't get threw ringing again.i said it's not been cleaned properly.he said his cleaner to check it but failed to check under the bunks in the living area.
So sent.
We where very disappointed in the service.
