A stunning x2 bedroom, modern 1st floor apartment which is ideally located in a quiet and secure gated complex in the Puerto Rey vacation area, and is a short walking distance (600m) from the main beaches of Vera Playa. The apartment is very spacious and contains a fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge and dining area, with smart TV and DVD-Blu ray player.
Each room has air conditioning and ceiling fans for climate control. A large 27m2 south facing balcony gives fantastic views of the pool, and also contains patio furniture and sun loungers. The apartment is ideally situated close to a range of amenities, which include a variety of restaurants, beach bars, cafes and a supermarket. There is a sports club within x5 minutes walking distance, that offers tennis courts, paddle, golf, children's leisure park, outdoor heated pool, gymnasium and restaurant. The popular family water park, can be reached by walking, cycling, or by car. The drop off and pick up points for the airport shuttle bus, are located directly opposite the apartment complex. The position of the apartment is also ideally located for bus trips to the picturesque towns of Mojacar, Villaricos, Vera Pueblo and Garrucha..
