VILLA WITH GARDEN INSIDE CAPO D’ARCO RESIDENCE

Villa surrounded by nature inside Capo d’Arco Residence, one of the most exclusive residential areas on the eastern coast of Elba Island.

The property can accommodate up to 10 guests and consists of a large living area, kitchen, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The interiors are spacious and functional, with the typical style of the historic villas inside the residence.

The villa features large private outdoor spaces including garden, panoramic terraces and a furnished patio, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing surrounded by Mediterranean nature.

Inside the same property there are two separate accommodations: the main villa and a smaller independent apartment rented separately. The two units have separate entrances and dedicated outdoor areas, but the gardens are not completely fenced from each other, so passage between the two areas is possible. One of the bedrooms with private bathroom has an independent entrance from the garden.

The villa is located inside the private Capo d’Arco Residence, immersed in the Tuscan Archipelago National Park. Guests can enjoy the residence facilities including freshwater and saltwater pools, restaurants, bars, mini market, tennis courts, beach volleyball areas and sea access.

The swimming pools are usually open from late May until the end of September. The beach and pools can be reached within a short walk.

Pets are allowed. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are not available.

The nearest town is Porto Azzurro, just a few minutes away by car.
