Surrounded by a 4000 sqm park, the apartment enjoys a wonderful sea view and is strategically located to all the activities of the area.
Ideal for a great family or friends holiday, the large apartment can accommodate up to 8 people and is equipped with a large outdoor area equipped with wood burning oven, barbecue and comfortable sun loungers. The beautiful infinity pool with rock bottom, small beach, tennis courts, beach volleyball, bar and dinners at the pool restaurant will make your vacations unforgettable!
The villa's main apartment consists of three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large kitchen and a large living room, surrounded by a private outdoor area where you can enjoy a splendid view over the Punta Ala, the Argentario and the islands of Tuscan archipelago Lily and Montecristo.
Illuminated by large windows that allow access to the house, the living area is spread over a spacious sofa area with television and a dining table that seats up to 10 people. In front of the large fireplace, the comfortable double sofa bed can be used individually or as a king-size double, to accommodate up to 8 people in total. Next to the large living room there is a breakfast bar and the kitchen organized around a central cooking island, equipped with oven, various appliances and everything you need to cook.
On the other wing of the house, compared to the living room, the quiet sleeping area consists of a first queen size bedroom (Queen size) with a terrace, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a last double bedroom with its own Full bath tub.
