Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.Wir wurden von der Vermieterin sehr freundlich empfangen.Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, in der Küche ist alles was man zum kochen benötigt.Ausreichend Geschirr und Gläser.Die Lage ruhig.Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt, Rasen wurde nicht gemäht, Gras war sehr hoch.Supermarkt und Restaurants in direkter Nähe.Strand sehr schön und nah.Schöne Küstenwanderwege.Nette Städtchen mit farbenfrohen Wochenmärkten die regionale Produkte .Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

La maison est très bien située et très spacieuse. Bien équipée. Proche de la mer et du port à 5 mn à pied. Boulangerie et superette à côté également. Joli coin de Bretagne où l'on peut faire de belles balades le long de la mer. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Je recommande cette location. Propriétaire arrangeante et joignable. Das Haus besticht durch seine Lage und großzügige Ausstattung.Ein kleiner Supermarkt befindet sich ganz in der Nähe und das Meer ist fußläufig zu ereichen. Das Haus bietet soweit alles, was man von einer Ferienimmobilie erwartet. Leider wurde die Freude durch den Umstand getrübt, das Benzindämpfe aus der Garage im Parterrebereich /im unteren Schlafbereich deutllich wahrnehmbar waren. Hier sollte Abhilfe geschaffen werden.

Bonne localisation mais attention à l'entretien de la maison

La localisation est bonne (5 minutes de la plage à pied, supérette à 50m). La maison est agréable et équipée. Attention en revanche au ménage qui a été dans notre cas négligé et à l'entretien du jardin qui n'avait pas été coupé.

What makes this property unique

This pleasant single-family house is close to the beaches, the shops, and Saint-Jaques Harbour. This is perfect place for holidays with friends or up to 2 families.
Set on a cul-de-sac, there is a large parking area and an enclosed garden for children's safety. You can relax on the sun loungers. Enjoy barbecues out on the vast terrace with its own BBQ. You can leave your car parked safe; you won't need to get to the shops nor the beach. There are many hiking trails. In the summer, there is a large Monday market. Kerfontaine Beach is known for fishing from the shore.
