The property is ideally located only footsteps from the parking area, community pool and social club and maximizes the sunlight throughout the day thanks to its East, West, and South orientation. One of the best features of this property is the ground floor patio that can accessed via the dining room and living area as well as from the back of the property via a private entrance from the lower parking area. This space provides plenty of privacy and would be ideally suited for dining, entertaining or simply for relaxing in the evening sun, thanks to its west facing exposure. On the top floor of the property there are 2 bedroom suites that each have their own en-suite bathrooms. Both bedroom suites provide plenty of wardrobe space and both also include independent air conditioning as well as a quaint little balcony that overlooks the gorgeous lower patio. This Andalusian style community has charming narrow streets, beautiful flower gardens around every corner and lovely fountains in all the plazas, a social club that can be utilized by the residents as well as a heated community pool.

Prior to check-in, a pre-authorization will be placed on your credit card for a damage deposit amount of 500€. This is not an actual charge but a temporary hold, ensuring that funds are available if needed. Please be aware that this hold will be released within 10 days after your departure, provided no significant damages are identified.
