LUXURY LAKE COTTAGE ON DIAMOND ISLAND
Exclusive access via 10 minute barge to island. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom lake house with large outdoor space, screened porch, tiki bar, and fire pit. New home, with designer decor and finishes. Cannot beat lake views and access. Comes with 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards. Incredibly safe as barge access is for residents and guests only. Close by Marina has pontoon boats, ski boats, fishing boats, etc. for rent. Large doc can accommodate a ski boat, pontoon boat, and jets skis. Please note we are very strict on the number of guests at the house at any one time, and we don't allow pets or parties. If your plans involve this, please contact me to discuss.
