The chalet is situated in the centre of Chamonix with all the restaurants and shops at your doorstep. The main ski shuttle-bus station, accessing all the ski domains, is only 200 metres away.
The property is a beautiful chalet set amongst approximately 1300sqm of gardens in the centre of Chamonix. Sapin 3 is on the second floor of the chalet and provides a very spacious 65m2 of living accommodation. Doors open onto a private balcony where guests have fantastic views of the Mt Blanc range. The apartment has two bedrooms, one double and one twin room. Both have ensuite bathrooms (shower, toilet, sink). In the living room there is satellite TV with a large selection of international channels, a cosy log burner, and free Wi-Fi internet connection. In the kitchen there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave and fridge.
For your relaxation Sapin 3 also has a private sauna room.
There is private covered parking on the grounds and a ski locker room.
In summer, the gardens provide ample room for sunbathing and BBQs, all with the view of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi in the background. Children can play safely in the confines of the garden. There is plenty of parking on the property.
We provide towels, bed linen, and a hairdryer. We can also provide breakfast if you which. There is a reception at the property for any questions. Additional cleaning can be provided on request.

Clean, efficient, comfortable, great location, perfect for four people.

The location is unbeatable. Easy walk to town center, restaurants etc. Comfortable but simple furnishings. Well equipped kitchen. Very little closet and storage space. Could use some more hooks for coats. Overall we were very satisfied.
L'appartement est très confortable, bien décoré et doté d'une grande et agréable cuisine. La literie était bonne. Les deux salles de bains modernes. L'ensemble était très propre et il y avait ce qu'il fallait en produits ménagers pour maintenir la propreté pendant notre semaine du séjour. La communication avec la propriétaire était très facile. Elle est soucieuse de savoir que tout se passe bien pour ses vacanciers. Très bonne adresse!
Situation idéale au calme, très proche centre ville, gare et des bus pour skier
Appartement lumineux, charmant. Bien équipé pour cuisiner. Très bien situé pour une famille sans voiture. La cheminée avec vitre a été très appréciée. Avoir 2 salles-de-bain et 2 w-c était ultra pratique

This couldn’t have been more convenient to restaurants and activities in Chamonix city center while contained in a surprisingly quiet and secure enclave. Would not recommend it for two adult couples (two bathrooms but only one toilet) but perfect for a couple plus small children. Owner was immediately responsive and friendly.
Venus avec nos 2 petits enfants nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’appartement est très agréable, bien équipé, très proche du centre du village et juste en face d’un arrêt de bus. Chamonix est une station très animée qui propose beaucoup d’activités pour tous les âges. Merci à Odile pour sa présence et ses conseils. Nous reviendrons 😀

Perfect Location
We were two couples that rented this chalet in Chamonix for three nights. We were all somewhat disappointed in the chalet itself. It could really use some freshening up. We were also surprised that when it says that it has 2 bathrooms, we were expecting that that means two toilets. Be careful of the fine print I guess. It has two bathrooms, but only one of them has a toilet. However, with all that being said, you cannot beat the location. It is perfect! We parked our car in the covered parking area next to the chalet and never took it out until we left. You can easily walk to all the activities and all around Chamonix very easily.

Great view of Mt Blanc
Great view of Mt Blanc and Aiguille du Midi. Spacious and clean apartment in great loacation, at the center of Chamonix. Easy walking to attractions, restaurants and shopping. Odile was very friendly and helpful. Definitely would go back again.

Well equipped, lots of space & great location
Stayed as a family of 4 for a week in October.
Great apartment on first floor with 2 good sized bedrooms. Well equipped and good small touches such as cleaning products for kitchen & washing machine.
Walking distance to centre and round the corner from Aguille Du Midi. Across road from Mulet stop which was great when the boys got bit tired of walking.
Owner Odile was great providing great arrival details, recommendation for transfers & being on hand for any queries ( we too didn’t know how to use induction hob).
Would stay again & boys already planning next year’s trip!

Nice place
We love the terrace but the beds are not very comfortable and too small for us.
The kitchen needs larger pots and lits.

Lovely apartment in perfect location
We recently stayed in Sapines 3, which is on the top floor so most rooms have eves, which are a bit of a head hazard but, after several bumps you do start to remember to duck. Apartment itself was well equipped & had everything you could want to make your stay enjoyable. The location is an easy five minute walk into town or to Chamonix Sud where you can pick up the ski bus or the coach to Courmayeur. Overall a great choice for a holiday in Chamonix.

A lovely place to stay
We had a lovely holiday in this apartment. It was well-located, just 5 minute walk from the centre of Chamonix, but still felt secluded because of the private gardens. Our children enjoyed playing in these gardens. It is a shared area for all the flats to enjoy however.
The flat itself was very clean, well-equipped and beautifully furnished. We had a bit of trouble working out how to use the various appliances (TV, oven etc) but the owner, Odile, responded very quickly to any questions we had.
I would definitely recommend this apartment for either couples or small families.

I grew up in the England and moved to Chamonix in 2005. I love England but you can't bet the views and the weather in Chamonix. I personally look after Chalet des Sapins and the guests who come to stay.
Why they chose this property
The location is fantastic. It is in the centre of town, next to the Aiguille du Midi cablecar. No need for a car to get to the lifts, bars shops and restaurants. It is also very peaceful and quiet.

The property has a massive private garden with great views of the Mont Blanc.
