On the third floor of a modern residence, set in extensive gardens, this airy apartment sleeps 5 people in comfort. The large living area has a wide window along one wall, including a sliding door that leads out onto a balcony, with spectacular views. There is a table and chairs on the balcony, where guests can sit and relax. The contemporary, comfortable furniture in the living room includes 2 large sofas and a leather armchair, with a glass-fronted, wood-burning stove. The dining table, for 6 people, is set between the windows and an ultra-modern, extensive kitchen. The kitchen is separated from the living area by a wide breakfast bar and is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, american style coffee machine, extractor fan, raclette and fondue.
Sleeping Bedroom 1: The stylish, master bedroom has a double bed, ornate bedside tables with reading lights and an ample, mirrored wardrobe Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a third bunk bed, reached via a wooden ladder.

Location The apartment is in the heart of Chamonix, close to the ski lifts, ski shuttle buses and the slopes. The Chamonix Mont-Blanc railway station, for the Mont-Blanc-Express, is 10 minute walk away.
Chamonix has so much to offer all year round. The nearby slopes are popular with skiers and snowboarders alike. For an alternative winter sport, the ice rink is only a 7-minute walk away, across the river Arve. The rink hosts regular ice hockey matches, with the local side, the Chamonix Pioneers competing against teams from across France.
In the summer months, visitors can go hiking, mountain biking, white water rafting, mountaineering, rock climbing, playing golf and go horse riding. There is a skateboarding park 10 minutes away on foot and tennis courts are just 5 minutes away. For very fit visitors, there is the Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc, which takes place every August. The event is made up of a series of 5 races, covering 170km, with 10,000m of ascent, passing through 3 countries, so not for the faint-hearted!
For something more relaxing, the Chamonix Yoga Festival (July) brings together yoga practitioners from across the world for a series of workshops, both indoors and out in the fresh mountain air.
Chamonix has all the amenities visitors need throughout the year, including many bars and restaurants to suit all budgets.
Geneva airport is a 1 hour 10-minute drive from the apartment. Due to the unique topography, location, and weather conditions in the Mont Blanc Valley, internet connectivity may be unreliable.

Absolutely gorgeous, large apartment with jaw dropping views of the Mont Blanc massif opposite. Stunning, and super convenient location to the old town and tourist plaza. Couldn’t fault it — highly recommended.
The location and unit was perfect for our family. We were in a quick walking distance from the lift shuttle stop and close enough to the town for shopping and dinners. We were also far enough away that we avoided all the party noise late at night. It was perfect.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days at the Résidence La Vallée Blanche!
The apartment is conveniently located to central Chamonix in a quiet residential building. The interior is large and bright with breathtaking mountain views. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped for cooking in. The living and dining areas are open and comfortable, though some of the furniture is showing wear. We suggested a few minor enhancements, such as ovenmitts, extra toilet paper, and dishwasher soap

Wonderful apartment on the 3rd floor! Great views of Mt Blanc. Super location with easy walk to groceries, shops and restaurants, yet quiet at night which made sleeping easy. The apartment was clean and well appointed. The kitchen was large and modern with an induction cooktop, plenty of dishes and cookware. The clothes washing machine worked but the clothes dryer kept stopping after a few minutes. Not sure if the machine is broken or we did not operate it properly. Note: there is one toilet only. Overall this is a fantastic location. I wish we could have stayed longer.
Points positifs : localisation parfaite en plein centre de Cham; appartement magnifique et agréable avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le Mont-blanc, très bien agencé; communication fluide avec Happy Rental, nous avons relevé un certain nombre de points à améliorer mais dans l’ensemble nous vous recommandons ce logement car nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.Points à améliorer : pas de machine à laver (dommage pour un séjour de 10 jours), équipements cuisines insuffisants pour le prix de la nuitée : pas de café, pas d’huile d’olive ou huile, de sel / poivre, le four date des années 80 assez bruyant (mais il fonctionne !), idem pour le lave vaisselle qui lave très mal il faut refaire la vaisselle à la main après, il faudrait aussi changer le filtre de l’aspirateur pour éviter l’odeur nauséabonde qui s’en dégage.
Appartement spacieux, calme, très bien aménagé. Grande salle de bain. Superbe vue sur le Mont-blanc.
