ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES – Casale Andrea is a cozy holiday home with swimming pool near Spoleto, a charming art city in the Umbria region. Perfect for families or groups of friends, the farmhouse offers spacious areas, maximum privacy and a relaxing atmosphere, with panoramic views of cultivated fields and the Apennines. The interiors are designed for those who appreciate simplicity, featuring bright rooms and warm hospitality. Outside, a covered porch furnished with table and chairs invites you to enjoy moments together, from breakfast to barbecue parties in the convenient barbecue area. The private pool is the real fun spot for both adults and children, ideal for joyful games and carefree moments at sunset. Its location is also a strong point, allowing easy access to Perugia, Gubbio, Todi, and Orvieto—villages rich in history, stunning landscapes, and flavors.
Set on two levels, the farmhouse’s ground floor hosts a large dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom with shower), a bathroom with shower and laundry area and a bathroom with shower accessible for people with disabilities. Two separate internal entrances lead to the first floor, divided into two sleeping areas. The first includes a double bedroom with bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with bathtub. The second area consists of a twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with bathtub, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub and a relaxation area with sofa and TV. The outdoor area of the villa is under video surveillance. Beds can be joined or separated upon request. Air conditioning is available in the dining room and all bedrooms. Window nets are available in all bedrooms and bathrooms.

An unforgettable family stay

Lovely family-stay for us as a big family. The pool was lovely, rooms were big, desks all around for people to work a little from home. Large tables to sit down and have a meal together, playing cards and just being together. Very nice and helpfull owner to great us and show us around at check in.

What a lovely spot

What a lovely spot. And the villa is wonderful. We were eight (which is a small number for such a large place!) and were so comfortable - the number of bathrooms was particularly appreciated! Much time and fun by the beautiful pool, family suppers in the outside dining area and watching the stunning sunsets over the Italian countryside. The villa is also wonderful for exploring local villages and towns. We recommend Spello, Montefalco, Assisi (don’t miss the stunning cathedral) and we found Tivoli a wonderful spot for lunch on the way back to the airport in Rome. Thank you to our hosts for everything you did to make us welcome!

Beautiful house in the country side

With our children, their partners and our grandchildren - 14 in total - we spent a marvellous holiday in a great house surrounded by beautiful nature. Rooms are of different sizes but very comfortable and with all amenities needed. A car is indeed a must but that is part of the charm and uniqueness of the house. Fabrizio, the owner has been extremely helpfull and has become like a friend. The vicinity of the city and the station of Spoleto are other great assets. If you plan to travel by air, Rome FCO is a two hour drive. We hope to have the opportunity to travel back in the near future. Also the contacts with DH Villa’s were very pleasant and professional. Overall a great experience!

Fantastic place to get away from it all.

The house is beautiful, as is the setting, it’s both picturesque and quiet. We were a family group, aged between 4-70, so the space was very good in letting everyone have enough space. The lay out is really good for family groups or even three families because the separate stair cases and well organised bathrooms offer good privacy for the different areas. The owners manage the property and were very helpful and responsive. If visiting this villa everyone really needs transport available. Although the summary says 1.5km to shop/services that’s not really a good measurement to work from, you are better considering there to be nothing to walk to within 3km and it’s hard walking with gravel, hills and no pavement or walking trails. The train station is about 3km way and has the bus up the hill to Spoleto or that’s easy walking.

Wir haben von Ende September bis Anfang Oktober zu fünft zehn wunderbare Tage in der Casale Andrea verbracht. Die Villa ist großzügig und sehr sauber, die Zimmer sind geräumig und haben bequeme Betten, die Küche ist hervorragend für gemeinsame Kochabende ausgestattet. Bei voller Belegung sind das Ess- und das TV-Zimmer allerdings etwas klein dimensioniert. Dafür gibt es draußen einen überdachten Essbereich. Die Lage ist ruhig und idyllisch, Spoleto und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Besonders genossen haben wir den großen, gepflegten Pool mit jeder Menge Liegestühlen und traumhaftem Blick auf Felder und grüne Hügel sowie manch schöne Sonnenuntergänge. Gastgeber Fabrizio war freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Ein Auto ist notwendig, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Für Gruppen oder Familien absolut empfehlenswert – ich komme gern wieder!

Eravamo in 14 persone per una vacanza di famiglia con nonni e nipoti ed è stato tutto perfetto. Le camere sono spaziose, molte con bagno privato, e la casa è immersa nel verde, ideale per rilassarsi. La piscina è curata e molto piacevole. Abbiamo potuto pranzare e cenare sia dentro che fuori grazie agli ampi spazi e a tutto il necessario a disposizione. Un soggiorno bellissimo che consigliamo!

Uitzicht: Heel mooie locatie gelegen op een heuvel met aan de ene kant een wonderschoon veld van bloeiende zonnebloemen en aan de andere kant een fantastisch en ruim uitzicht. Faciliteit: Een groot karakteristiek, oud maar goed onderhouden en schoon gebouw (2 delen aan elkaar gebouwd: oorspronkelijk "boerderij en "stal" in locale bouwstijl) dat van alle gemakken voorzien was incl. meerder badkamers. De meeste, zo niet alle, slaapkamers hadden een eigen tv. Daarnaast was er ook nog een kleine tv-kamer met een paar luie stoelen. Met 7 volwassen en 5 kinderen (4 families) was er ruimte te over. Geen buren; Geluid van spelende kinderen etc. vormde daardoor geen enkel probleem. Zwembad: ruim, voldoende zonneparasols, dito ligbedden. Ook nog ligbedden onder een riet-overkapping. Verder was er een buitendouche Gastheer Fabrizio: Attente en vriendelijke gastheer die snel reageerde op vragen en/of mankementen. De communicatie vond veelal plaats met "Google translate" waar de gastheer overigens ook heel handig mee was.

Het is geweldig om te horen dat het huis zo goed aan de behoeften van je groep voldeed en zowel ruimte als comfort bood voor zowel volwassenen als kinderen. We zijn vooral blij dat je hebt genoten van het panoramische uitzicht, de rustige locatie en het traditionele karakter van het gebouw – allemaal elementen die deze accommodatie echt bijzonder maken. We zijn ook blij te horen dat het zwembad, met zijn ruime en schaduwrijke plekken, heeft bijgedragen aan je ontspanning en dat de kinderen vrij konden spelen in zo'n serene omgeving. Een speciaal bedankje voor je vriendelijke woorden over Fabrizio. Hij is inderdaad een toegewijde en zorgzame gastheer, en het is fijn om te horen dat zijn reactievermogen en communicatie – zelfs over taalbarrières heen – een positieve indruk hebben achtergelaten. Ci siamo rivolti a loro per una vacanza molto particolare per persone con disabilità complesse. Ci siamo trovati davanti persone molto professionali e accoglienti, che hanno compreso velocemente le nostre esigenze e difficoltà. Hanno saputo trovare il posto giusto per noi. La struttura era eccezionale, con un gestore fantastico sempre pronto a risolvere ogni problematica. Davvero consigliatissimi.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Wir waren mit 14 Erwachsenen unterwegs und jedes Pärchen hatte seinen private Rückzugsmöglichkeit und ein eigenes Bad. Die Ausstattung hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Besonders in der Küche gab es wirklich alles was man brauchen könnte. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt, wenn man auf der suche nach einer ruhigen, privaten Bleibe mit einem tollen Pool ist.

Alles super!

Fabrizio und sein Team waren die besten Gastgeber die ich je hatte. Er war sehr freundlich und sorgte dafür das unser Aufenthalt perfekt ablief. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Badezimmer und Küche waren sehr gut ausgestattet.

Magnifique villa !

Une maison magnifique située dans un endroit retiré pour profiter d'un calme et d'une vue magnifique. Toutes les pièces sont équipées de la clim (moyennant un supplément). La piscine est bien grande et agréable. Le propriétaire est sympathique et d'une gentillesse incroyable. Rien à redire c’était parfait !
