Villa Veraniego is an inviting 3 bedroom property located just 25 minutes' walk from the centre of Playa Blanca where you'll find shops, restaurants and bustling bars. The villa has classical interiors and a lovely outside area with a private pool and plenty of sun loungers. The lively Rubicon Marina with a choice of exclusive cuisine and excellent beaches, including Playa Dorada, is only a short drive away. WiFi, pool heating, air conditioning/ heating in the bedrooms and air conditioning in the lounge are included.
Villa Veraniego is situated in the Las Buganvillas residential development, a 25 minute walk or a 5 minute drive from the centre of Playa Blanca offering a selection of shops, bars and local restaurants. This semi-detached property is only a short drive from the chic Rubicon Marina where you can indulge in retail therapy by day and dine overlooking the yachts during sunsets. The beautiful beaches of Playa Flamingo and Playa Blanca are also just a short 5 minute drive away.
