Very nice apartment in modern building just 3 minutes from the Praia da Rocha beach.
Set in a private development with communal pool and garden, set just 600 meters from the coast and 3 minutes from the popular casino and nightlife area of Praia da Rocha.
Access is done very easily and there is plenty of parking at hand.
Inside the apartment comprises a living room with dinning table, equipped kitchen, family-size WC with bathtub shower, and 1 bedroom with double-sized bed.
The living room has a sofa-bed for one extra guest, so the apartment sleeps a total of 3.
