Villa Golden Bay is a luxurious retreat, perfect for those seeking comfort and privacy in the serene surroundings of Carvoeiro.



The spacious living and dining area creates a relaxing and inviting atmosphere, with direct access to the outdoors.



On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms: one double en suite with a bathtub, another double en suite with a shower, and one twin bedroom, as well as an additional bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the pool.



On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with access to a balcony offering stunning sea views, and a bathroom with a shower.



The fully equipped kitchen, which includes a pantry and laundry area, connects seamlessly with the dining space for practical use and convenience.



Outdoors, the villa offers a true oasis with a heatable pool (additional cost), jacuzzi (additional cost), BBQ, garden, and a football field for recreation. A ping-pong table adds extra fun, and there is private parking for up to five cars.



The location combines privacy and convenience, close to the famous Praia da Marinha, local restaurants, and the main attractions of Carvoeiro.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heated by solar panels - Please note that during the winter months, the water heating system, powered by solar panels, will not operate as efficiently as it does in the summer due to reduced sunlight availability and lower air temperature



The jacuzzi offers an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquility and making the most of the special moments of your holiday.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 175 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 10 guests

From the 11th to the 12th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take all trash to the public waste containers daily and before check-out. We appreciate your cooperation and care for the property.
Please return the keys to the lockbox before leaving. Ensure it is fully closed and the code scrambled. We appreciate your cooperation.
Before leaving, please turn off all lights, A/C units and non-essential equipment. Thank you for supporting energy sustainability.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Changeover day is on Saturday, however this may be flexible in low season.
Standard Breakage Deposit: €850 / Groups: €175 per person (payable by credit card only, 2 weeks prior arrival).
The property is booked from 4 pm on your arrival day until 10 am on your departure day.

La villa était vraiment bien. Propre, bien entretenue, avec toutes les commodités, grand stationnement, superbe jardin, belle piscine. Elle est aussi très bien située pour rayonner en Algarve. Malheureusement la piscine manquait d'entretien, et l’eau a viré au vert la quatrième journée de notre séjour. Nous avons signalé le problème, mais on nous a répondu qu’il était dû à… notre crème solaire! Un traitement choc a été fait seulement la veille de notre départ, ce qui a réglé le problème mais trop tard.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist wunderschön, Sauberkeit und Ausstattung sehr gut . Die Aussicht lässt zu wünschen übrig, man guckt am Pool gegen eine Beton Wand (schade) . In einem Schlafzimmer ist nur ein kleines Bett 1.40 das sollte in der Beschreibung stehen.

Had an amazing time here with the family and also for celebrating my birthday. The staff were unbelievable from start to finish. The villa was very clean and was perfect for all our needs, Also in a great location which is in a quiet area but short drive to restaurants and beach.
