Enjoy all the comforts of home in a tropical vacation setting with your own pool, and beach only a short walk away. Just pack your clothes and personal items, everything else is provided, even the beach towels, chairs, and beach toys.

There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, and a third bedroom with a trundle day bed providing 2 twin beds. Our home is recommended for a total of 6 people. We do allow a pet with an additional fee.

Everything has recently been updated in our home as a result of hurricane Ian. And all new furniture and furnishings. (See new photos are on Vrbo # 3341258)

The spacious Florida room connects the home to the pool area, and provides a second living area with 4 patio chairs, a Smart TV, stereo, puzzles, and books. There is also a large patio dining table with 6 dining chairs, and a patio bar & 2 bar stools - a great place to relax, entertain, and enjoy your dinner out in the fresh air.

The screen enclosed, salt water pool is kidney shaped with a shallow part (about 3 ft) next to the half circle stairs, and goes deeper on the other end to approximately 7 ft deep. Wonderful place for refreshing fun for all ages!

This vacation home is located on a quiet, one block long street in a family friendly neighborhood. It's just a short block away from a grocery store, marina and 2 restaurants,. And a short block from the beautiful fine white sand beach. Beach access sidewalk right across Estero Blvd from Bayland Rd. You will want to be sure to watch the magnificent beach sunsets at the end of your day.

Great property and location

Mid island vacation

Really enjoyed our stay! House was super clean and well stocked. Only negative was the wifi. Could only get one device to connect for the rainy days we had. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay! Pool was very nice to have.

No surprises

Having rented many times we’re always happy when our rental meets our expectations. This home certainly did. It is a very comfortable place to stay in a nice neighborhood. Without construction it would have been a short walk across the street to the beach. We did manage to get there daily for our dog’s am and pm walks anyway. The house was very clean and recently renovated. We really loved having the pool since there was record heat for most of our stay. We always enjoy Fort Myers Beach and hope to make a return visit to this property in the future.

Beach home away from home

I truly loved this home for its cleansiness this locations proximity to the beach and comfort in a wonderful neighborhood. This home had everything possible that any home would have including beach toys This home had everything possible that any home would have including beach items even a wagon to stroll them with. The kitchen was very well packed with everything including most common condiments. The living room area as well as the Florida room patio were ideal for family time the pool was absolutely great with an enclosed screened porch in a very secure neighborhood. Everything was just a short drive away and the beach was just a short walk away We truly enjoyed our stay in this home and we chose well for our family vacation Felt right at home I definitely recommend this home thank you for sharing it!!!

This property was the Greatest Of All Times!! Every single thing about this place was superb! The cleanliness of the entire house & all the towels & linens was awesome! It's really hard to find a rental property with clean floors, clean bathrooms, clean kitchen, clean & newer W&D, AND towels & sheets that look & smell clean too!! There aren't enough good words to describe the Florida room & pool! Obviously, we spent most of our time in those two areas, when we weren't at the beach. We have spent the last couple of years at another property with an amazing pool, so we were leery about giving that up...Needless to say, we wish we would've found this property sooner! Even the neighbors are great! (Thanks Mike!!) The owner was very quick to answer my panicked email (the night before we were traveling from Ohio to FMB) regarding late arrival & assured me, we'd be fine. She even offered additional help if we were to need it. She was right...Everything was fine! We would Love Love Love to make this house part of our annual FMB vacation from now on. We're hoping road construction on Estro Blvd, is further down the road next year & our trek to the beach is a little easier.

Very nice stay, but!!

House was nice and clean. Layout was a bit odd but not a problem. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet, easy access to beach across the Main Street, plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas and a good cart to pull them to the beach. Overall a very nice stay. The only problem was the pool. It was a bit cloudy when we arrived and after a couple of days it turned a beautiful green, couldn’t see the bottom even in the shallow end. We stopped using it and called to inform the rental agent who said he would send someone over that day. When we got back from visiting friends a neighbor told us not to use the pool that day because chemicals had been applied. We left a couple of days later and the pool was as green as when we called to report it. I have a pool and have had similar problems if I didn’t maintain it properly but it usually cleans up within a day. Kids were disappointed they couldn’t use the pool for a few days. What I was a little surprised about was when I checked out and told the agent the pool hadn’t improved the attitude was sort of, oh that’s unfortunate, no talk of compensation of any kind so I didn’t really get what I paid for. I didn’t ask and probably wouldn’t have accepted anything but it would have been nice to get an offer.

Great stay in the FL sun

This property fit our family well. Enjoyed the proximity to the beach, the convince to the grocery store, the refreshing pool, we also loved the fact that it was one level as my husband is a disabled vet.

Great place - highly recommend

This house was perfect for the 4 of us. The backyard with pool was great to hang out in and the house was very close to the beach. Only issue was that the Wi-Fi wasn’t great.

A May To Remember

My friends a I were visiting former co-worker and rented this lovely home for a week. The home was completely furnished with all the comforts of home and then some. We were but a few steps from the ocean and had our own beach chairs, towels, shoes and umbrellas plus our own little wagon to put everything in and when we came back to the house we had a lovely pool take a dip in and relax. Our stay was very enjoyable. Indy 500 residents. Remember RACECAR spelled backwards spells RACECAR.

Absolutely Awesome

We could not have been happier with our opportunity to stay at this home. Our entire stay more than met our need. The location was very clean and comfortable and fit perfectly for getting to anywhere we wished on the island. The beach was very easily accessable and well kept, as usual. The Florida Room and Pool were also main attractions during the day when at the house. It was far too nice out to spend much time inside. And for the main highway to be as close as it was and still be so quiet around the pool area was quite amazing. When plans were made to be away from the house, there was little trouble getting off the island at either the north or south end. Plenty of local attractions to keep one entertained, no matter the age. With the Publix Grocery Store so close made covering those needs very convenient. And having the option open to include our pets to stay took that extra concern of finding someone to care for them while away from home. They made themselves right at home as well and could not have been more well behaved. We can not indicate enough how appreciative we are to have the opporuntiy to stay here. We can very easily see how one would be looking forward to their retirement years and having this a place to call home. Beside the great neighbors, it is in such a great neighborhood. It is our hope to have the opportunity open to us again to also call this home for the few weeks we generally spend in the area for many years to come. Many, many thanks.

Best Rental for a Great Family Vacation

This was our 3rd year in a row at this home. I have searched many rental homes, but can't say enough about this rental. Everything we need from stores, to beaches, restaurants, and more. We went to Sanibel beach, Naples beach and Ft.Myers beach. The florida room is our favorite place and the pool is great. This beach home is truly our home away from home! Great Rental

This home and pool rental has been the best one yet! Location to beach and store excellent. Price is excellent for a family vacation. Everyone loved the florida room and we spent most of our time there and in the pool. I highly recommend this rental. We were close enough to visit Sanibel Island and enjoy some food and shelling there, too. Yes, I would stay here again, but I did miss not having internet access. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home!

Relaxing home away from home Gasport , NY

We highly recommend this home for your vacation. It is perfect for couples or families. Walk across the street to the beach and walk for miles or stay at the house with your private pool. Home is very comfortable , really feels like your own. Clean, great kitchen with dishwasher, washer, dryer, all the dishes and glasses, pots, pans, silverware, everything you need. Florida room is large and comfortable, we spent alot of our time there. Great neighborhood, friendly neighbors, very safe, and quiet. Bedrooms had plenty of room, huge closets and dressers, beds were even very comfortable and nice pillows. Can't wait to visit again...Cheri...thanks for sharing your home!
