The accommodation consists of a spacious living room with dining area, a fully equipped modern Kitchen, two bedrooms, each equipped with a large bed with a quality mattress, two bathrooms, each with its ovn toilet, barrier-free shower
and a window for fresh air. The master bedroom also has its own built-in wardrobe.
The outdoor space provides a covered terrace, with the possibility to close it into which you can get from the living room. Also a beautiful garde with tropical plants and a sunbathing area where you can enjoy the peace and sunshine and a private patio with greenery, equipped with a charming outdoor dining room with a barbacue, which will allow you to enjoy incredible eveningn outside under a covered pergola. You will definitely appreciate the outdoor laundry room
with an airer and clothes hangers. You can also reach the exterior spaces through a separate side entrance from the street.
Among the equipment of the house, a bluetooth speaker, wifi, smart tv, coffe maker and hand vacuum cleaner must not be missing. The accomodation is located in a closed, quiet complex protected by security gates, with the possibility of free parking. It has 2 large community pools equipped with sunbeds, with an ocean, La Gomera island and the mountains view. Near the complex you will find a grocery store open until nigh, a bar, a pizzeria. In 2 minutes by car you are in the nearest shopping center, where you can fin not only groceries but also various restaurants. There is also a high quality fitness center nearby, as well a French bakery. The nearest beach from the accomodation is Playa del Duque and Playa Fañabe, which are 7 minutes away by car. The nearest airpot is Rein Sofia Tenerife south airport, 16Km away.
