About this property

Newly renovated 3 Bd + 2 Bth house with a nice view to the ocean and a large terrace. The perfect blend of style and comfort, with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy Tenerife weather! Located in one of the favorite areas of Costa Adeje - Torvistas Alto, in a very cozy complex - Altos del Roque, quiet and nice swimming pool area. Less than 10 minutes to el Duque & the famous beach! Walking distance to supermarkets, shopping, & dining. The best jumping off point to explore Tenerife, enjoying comfort.

The space
The house and everything it comes with is yours to use during your stay. The is AC's to cool the house if needed. The kitchen and laundry room will be stocked with most anything you may need to prepare a meal or do your laundry. Clean towels and additional beach towels are prepared for you. The home comes with a 50" smart TV with Netflix and other online services to use. We have superfast 300Mpbs WiFi, so streaming movies on multiple devices would not be an issue. Entire home is yours including garage space for up to 2 cars, outdoor patio, front garden and pool area are all yours.
The third bedroom comes with private bathroom access.

Amazing place!

Our stay here was truly amazing. Place was just as advertised. Stan who we dealt with was great. He was very good at making sure we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If we had any issue he was right on it. We mentioned we needed hooks to hang towels as there really wasn’t any he had them installed the next day. It was great. We mentioned a few things to make the stay a little ether and he took our suggestions and gave no doubt that he will implement them for the next guests. My family thought this place was just incredible feels like home away from home just in an incredible island. Weather was perfect and easy to get around. You definitely need a car here but everything is at your fingertips. I like all the extra attention to detail this place gives, to great blower lol, has suntan lotion, shampoo, conditioner and anything really you’d need and do t need to travel with because they give it all. I really like that! We’ll be back for sure and if are thinking of coming to Tenerife Stan will look after you!!! Check it out you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again for a terrific time Tenerife.

Beautiful apartment

The apartment is everything like in the pictures, the host was welcoming, the location is great if you have a car as everything is nearby, the beach, shops, restaurants. Overall had a very good experience, you have everything you need in the apartment, towels/beach towels even an ironing board which was great for us😄 Definitely recommend this place☺️

Sehr schöne Wohnung oberhalb der Touristenhochburg

Die Wohnung ist super schön, super sauber und klasse ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei Bäder und eine Toilette im Erdgeschoss. Die unterhalb der Wohnung liegende, private und direkt zugängliche Garage ist ein weiterer Bonus. Die Lage ist an sich super, Costa Adeje ist jedoch sehr touristisch und nicht für jedermanns Geschmack. Das kann die Wohnung jedoch gut durch den Zugang zum Pool des Privatkomplexes und die riesige Terasse wettmachen. Insgesamt sehr schöne Unterkunft. Stan der Vermieter ist auch extrem zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
