La Grande Maison,former farmhouse of La Lohuas

La Grande Maison is the former farmhouse of La Lohuas. Spread over three floors, this magnificent house offers spacious accommodation for 12 to 15 people with a surface area of 260 m2.

Access is via a veranda where you can leave your coats, shoes, pushchairs,...
On the ground floor you will find a very large living room with a stylish open plan kitchen equipped with two dishwashers, a fan oven, a gas hob, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a kettle, two coffee makers and a toaster.

There are two dining tables for up to 14 people.
Comfortable sofas in the lounge face the fireplace.

Stairs lead up to a landing where there is a games room with a pool table and a small table football table, and a sitting area with a TV with English and French channels and a sofa bed.
On this floor you will find a WC, a large family bathroom with a bath and shower, and two bedrooms with queen-size beds.

On the second floor there is a bathroom with bath, shower and WC, and three bedrooms: a large master suite with queen-size bed, sofa, study area, shower room with WC; a second bedroom with bunk beds, school desk and sofa; and a third family room with a double bed and two single beds.

The master suite and bunk bed room can easily accommodate baby cots and/or extra mattresses.

There is also a terrace in front of the house facing south overlooking the fish pond, then the gardens, playground and pool enclosure.
It is equipped with a table, a parasol and a barbecue.

The gite is private; the pool, gardens, playground and laundry room are shared with other travellers.
La Lohuas is an old farmhouse with character, typical of the region. It is built of stone, wood and slate. Bathed in sunlight, its charm is enhanced.

The six gîtes open onto a courtyard with a fish pond.
Each of them has a terrace where you can enjoy the sunshine and birdsong.

The various outdoor areas allow you to relax and offer your children something to play with, even during the occasional rainfall, thanks to the covered play area.
The secure, covered and heated swimming pool with waterfall and sunbathing area is very popular with everyone.

It is a great place to meet other families and your children will enjoy making new friends.

Situated in a quiet area, close to the main road, you can easily reach the medieval town of Dinan (10 min), Saint-Malo (35 min), Dinard (30 min), and the Mont-Saint-Michel (50 min).
You will benefit from the beaches (30 min) and all the leisure activities offered by the sea and the seaside towns while staying in a peaceful and spacious place. You will avoid the high traffic and its nightly nuisances.

All the necessary shops and two supermarkets with drive services are located 5 minutes away.
A small grocery shop with local products is available.
In high season, a bakery service completes the services provided.
