The apartment, tastefully renovated and equipped with every comfort, is located in a historic building in the heart of Palermo, just a short walk from the Teatro Massimo, within the pedestrian zone of Via Maqueda.
Its central and strategic location allows you to reach the city’s main historical and cultural attractions on foot.
The elegant and cosy apartment has been recently renovated with meticulous attention to detail to ensure your utmost comfort during your stay. It features a kitchen-living room with a comfortable sofa bed (140x200), a loft with a French-style double bed (140x200), and a full bathroom with a spacious shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances (induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, refrigerator, kettle, toaster), and you’ll find everything you need for cooking (dishes, pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper, coffee, sugar). The extra virgin olive oil provided is organic and produced by us.
The entire apartment will be for your exclusive use, and you’ll also have access to a common relaxation area with sofas, a desk, everything you need to make herbal teas, tea, or coffee, and reading material.

Note: Upon arrival, you’ll be required to pay the tourist tax for the city of Palermo, which is 1.50 euros per person for stays of up to 4 days; children 12 and under are exempt.
