Summary:
Located in the heart of the 1st arrondissement of Paris, you will have the chance to be a few steps away from the famous monument the Palais Garnier and the royal palace garden.
Located on the 4th floor with an elevator in a typical Parisian building. The apartment of 796 square feet is composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
Important: There is a small elevator in the building.

The Space:
The apartment includes :

- 1 dining table with 8 chairs
- 1 fully equipped kitchen
- 1 Master Bedroom
- 2 Standard Bedroom
- 2 Bathrooms
- 2 WC (one included in the bathroom)

The apartment is ideal for 6 people but can accommodate a maximum of 8 people.

The sleeping arrangement is organized as follow, note that all bed and bath linen are provided:
Bedroom 1 : one double bed with a 5***** double-bed high comfort mattress
Bedroom 2 : one double bed with a 5***** double-bed high comfort mattress
Bedroom 3 : one double bed with a 5***** double-bed high comfort mattress
Living-room : one/two-people sofa bed with a comfortable mattress

Guest Access:
EASY ACCESS : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access of the apartment.

To get the keys of the apartment:

- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the 4th floor
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment that we have placed on the table of the kitchen

Getting Around:
1 minute : Line 7,14 Metro station Pyramides

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggage in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment.

Check-out / Departure : until 11am

We do not serve breakfast.
Cleaning is done before each arrival and after each departure only.
We are in a heritage building with sensitive neighbors. Please be careful during your stay to the house rules :
- no smoking in the apartment or in the building's courtyard
- no drugs
- no parties
- no music
- no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in the common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video shoots
If one of the above house rules is broken:
A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged.

- A separate deposit of 2000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48hours prior your arrival.

The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment.

- If the keys of the apartment is lost, 170€ will be charged.
