ottima esperienza

Appartamento ampio dotato di tutte le comodità e accessori possibili, in posizione appena defilata dal centro e quindi tranquilla. Difficoltà (come in tutta Venezia) nello smaltimento dei rifiuti. Molto gradito il kit iniziale di sale, olio, zucchero, detersivi etc... Ottima esperienza.

nice place, service so-so

The apartment was very nice - quiet, clean, comfortable. Excellent location. Communication with the host was an issue for me for the following reasons: it turned out there was paperwork to fill out (contract and document verification) which I ended up doing last minute on my phone while traveling, even though I had asked the host to send me any instructions earlier and I would have much preferred to fill out this paperwork on my desktop from home. In addition, I made a mistake in booking and required an extra set of sheets -- which the host could not provide until the next day (we had 2 beds for 3 people). Despite frequent communication about documents and contract I received NO communication as to when to expect the linens to arrive -- which was an issue because the next day as I came out of the shower I found a stranger in the kitchen making up the bed. My kids were both sleeping in the bedroom -- they said no one rang the doorbell (probably they just didn't hear it). But the woman just let herself in to deliver the linens, even though my kids were sleeping and I was in the shower. Odd.
