Venetian character and modernity merge to create this small two-room apartment in one of the most tranquil and residential areas of Venice: the Biennale Gardens, in the Castello district.

To reach the apartment, located in Corte Zurlin, one must walk through Sotoportego Zurlin, which has the peculiarity of being the lowest in Venice!

Moreover, in summer, it is possible to relax on the fantastic sandy beaches of the Lido di Venezia with just one vaporetto stop.

The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a double bedroom.

St. Mark's Square is reachable in 20 minutes with a splendid walk along Riva degli Schiavoni.

Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the guest will be required to pay the accommodation tax, which amounts to €5 per person per night, and will be asked to fill out and sign a rental contract where the details of a credit card in the guests' name will also be included as a guarantee for damages.

Spacious Contemporary Apartment in Lovely Neighbourhood

The apartment has a contemporary design with great fittings and a useful kitchen setup. Even with the contemporary design, the ceiling gives it a discrete venetian touch, which is nice. The shower was a bit small, and the shutters difficult to open, but these are minor inconveniences, especially considering how nice the apartment is! The bedroom was well put together just like the rest of the apartment. The location is also in a nice neighbourhood with has a lively main street with a few restaurants and grocers at easy reach. The apartment itself though is nicely tucked away in a quiet square. It's an easy walk to Piazza San Marco, and almost the entire city of Venice is no more than 45min by foot. I would book this apartment again in a heartbeat.
