The Space:
This spacious villa, just 50 meters from the beach, has everything you may need for your holidays! On the ground floor, you will find a large terrace where you can sunbathe, enjoying the Mediterranean sun or have a BBQ! Inside, there is a cozy living room with a fireplace, a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen! On this floor, you will also find a bedroom with a comfy double bed and another one with a bunk bed and a single sofa-bed, perfect for families with children or groups of friends. There is also a bathroom fitted with shower.
The upper floor features two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds and a big private rooftop terrace with a stunning view of the whole bay area, which is perfect to watch the sunset while enjoying a drink.
The house welcomes pets.
The house is bio-climatic and the absence of Air Conditioning is by choice.

If you want to venture out more Figias beach (2.5km) and Kokkinis beach (5km) await you! Take in the stunning views of Marmari harbor, located just 6km away, where you can find supermarket, bakery and pharmacy to cover your daily needs, and explore the trails of Mount Ochi.

For those interested in history, the Giokaleio Foundation Karystos (18km) and Roman mausoleum Karystos offer a glimpse into the region's rich past, as well as the Castello Rosso, an impressive 13th-century fortress that sits atop a hill overlooking the town.
