No pude disfrutar de mis vacaciones

Hice una reserva en marzo de este año para disfrutar mis vacaciones en agosto y no hemos podido disfrutar de ellas ya que el propietario no se puso en contacto conmigo para realizar el check-in hice una reclamación 10 días después sigo esperando que se me abone mi dinero me siento engañada después de pagar en marzo aún tenéis mi dinero como en unos días no se me abone voy a poner una denuncia en la policía.
