Charming house right on the beach. Stunning views of sea and sunsets from the conservatory and bedroom. 3 double beds, plus extra sofa bed.
Wonderful walks on the cliffs to the Seven Sisters Country Park.
Next to the playing fields equipped with pay by hour tennis courts, great kids playground, cafe, skate park and cricket at the weekends. Short walk across the field or along the seafront to the old town, shops, restaurants and pubs.

Saw our grandaughter who lives in Brighton. Dog loved walks on beach except the garden could be enclosed as our Two year old Sprocker could get out a bit of a worry as road very busy, The garden needs a fence across. Good fish and chips Chinese not so good.
