This smart 3 bedroom villa has an ideal location, a pleasant 10 minute stroll from the fabulous Playa Grande Beach. Located in the much loved resort of Puerto del Carmen, Villa Plata has a wide choice of bars and restaurants available, with the nearest just a short walk away. This charming, semi-detached villa has its own private pool, a large first floor balcony and neutral, contemporary furnishings. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.
Villa Plata enjoys a great location, just 10 minutes' walk from the golden sands of Playa Grande Beach and Puerto del Carmen's busy main strip. Home to many lively bars, restaurants and shops, this buzzing street is the hub of the resort. For a change of pace, the atmospheric market and charming harbourside restaurants of the Old Town are 5 minutes' drive away. In addition, the stunning Timanfaya National Park is also easily reachable by car.
