The villa has always been privately occupied and can now be rented for the first time from the summer of 2023. Casa Higuera is especially suitable for guests who appreciate a high-quality holiday home. The house is very luxurious furnished and this is implemented in absolutely everything. For example, you will find wonderfully comfortable beds that are made with the high-quality bed linen. The villa has been furnished with great taste and stylish decoration. Guests who choose this beautiful spacious villa will have a fantastic holiday experience.

The immediate area also has a lot to offer. For example, the famous sandy beaches of El Campello and San Juan are less than 10 minutes away by car from the house. The Bonalba resort has various food and beverage outlets within walking distance. But the rugged mountainous hinterland is also very much worth seeing or hiking.

Do you prefer a city visit? Then definitely go to Alicante. The center of the very pleasant Alicante is less than fifteen minutes away. Alicante is known for its many restaurants and terraces.
