This perfect, 2-level family retreat is just a 5-minute drive from Spiaggia di Marinella and is ideal for comfy year-round stays for up to 10 guests. Inside, the air-conditioned villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms to accommodate all guests in comfort and is built in an attractive Mediterranean style in a beautiful hillside setting. The separate kitchen is well equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle for a completely carefree stay. Furthermore, the attractive living area has a table and chairs, a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and large French doors leading to a private, shaded terrace. The terrace has another dining table and a comfortable sitting area where you can relax and fully enjoy the calm Sardinian atmosphere and uninterrupted panoramic hill views all around!

8 of our best friends get together once a year to sail for a week. this year we chose Sardinia and needed a place to assemble before heading out. We had a great time and we’re very comfortable here. Loved the location and comfort of the house and amenities. Hosts were very welcoming and available. will definitely stay here again next time. thank you

In aller Kürze: Die 5 Schlafzimmer sind top, genauso die 4 Badezimmer, davon 4 en Suite. Dafür sind das Wohn-/Esszimmer und die Küche sowie der Außenbereich nur befriedigend. > Checkin: super > Kommunikation: ok - Englisch wohl im wesentlichen über Translator, der nicht alles vollends rübergebracht hat > Bäder: top ... allerdings sehr wenig Ablagefläche in den Duschen > Schlafzimmer: top ... bis auf ein tierisch quietschendes Bett ... und 2 Schlafzimmer jeweils mit en Suite liegen im Keller. Das stand nirgends und die Lichtschächte sind eng und nicht schön > Wohn- / Esszimmer: Couchplatz nur für 6, Esstisch für 8 sehr eng, obwohl es ein 10 Personenhaus sein sollte > Küche: Sehr unpraktisch, zerkratzte Pfannen, wenig Schlüsseln, wenig Gabeln, kein Sparschäler, kein Messbecher, kein Schneebesen, .... > Außenbereich: sehr nüchtern, 6 Liegen, 4 Loungesessel, großer Esstisch ... auch sehr knapp für 8 bzw. 10 Personen bemessen. Das ist deutlich verbesserungswürdig. Nachdem wir die "Mängel" gemeldet hatten, kam eher schnippisch: Ist halt so, andere haben sich auch nicht beschwert. Das ist schlechter Kundenservice und -orientierung - obwohl wir gesprächsbereit waren.
