Location: villa located in the fascinating Monte Colombo, on the slopes of the prestigious Conero Golf Club. A few minutes by car from Sirolo and all the most prestigious beaches of the Conero Riviera.

Description: portion of a fabulous two-level villa with private swimming pool, large garden with porch and enchanting view over the Marche countryside.

Ground floor: bright living room with sofa, fireplace and dining table, super-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Upper floor: bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower cubicle. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.

Ideal solution to relax and regenerate without giving up all the comforts in an enchanting natural setting.

Pool open and usable from May 24th.

Please note that the swimming pool will be closed and unusable from September 18th.

The price includes:

- consumption of water, electricity and gas

- 24 hour on-site assistance

- initial and final cleaning
