This gorgeous apartment is perfectly decorated, and perfectly situated for walkability in Cortina. Hostess Olimpia is very friendly and very good at communicating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to come back!

This property was everything we hoped for! The two bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our family of 4. The host was extremely kind and helpful… very easy to communicate with and always available. The location was perfect… just close enough to shops and restaurants, yet far enough away to be in a quiet area. I would definitely recommend this apartment and I would love to stay here again!!

Cortina Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It exceeded our expectations. The property was located in a quiet area just a few minutes walk from the main center of town. The unit was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Our host was in touch with us on a regular basis to make sure we had everything we needed in the property and to provide information on things to do in the area. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Cortina.

Overall the stay in the property was fine. We stayed here because there were few other options left. The good: good location, bathroom and kitchen were sufficientThe bad: expensive, inconvenient, and poor quality provided amenities. We were charged extra for linens and towels, even when the listing had them as "included". The towels we got we're low quality and smelled musty. We also had to pay tourist tax and these additional linen fees outside the VRBO app. The host also started communicating with us over WhatsApp without telling us she was switching from using the VRBO app. I understand these are against VRBO policy. The host was overly communicative with additional restrictions, details, and chat GPT generated recommendations. We planned to arrive at 7:30 pm and the host said that was a problem because her housekeeper could not check us after 7pm, despite the listing saying check in was any time after 3pm. So we arranged remote check in, and she gave us the information to let ourselves in. Despite this, on the day of your arrival, she said the house keeper would be waiting. Our bus was late, so as 7:30 came around she was texting me continuously asking where we were, asking for my location, etc because her house keeper was waiting for check in. Overall, if you are traveling internationally and you go to cortina, I would recommend booking early at a place more friendly to tourists with various schedules.

I'd like to clarify: • All costs, including the tourist tax, are listed in the listing and there are no undisclosed additional charges. • Linens are provided by a professional laundry: no guest had ever reported any problems, and had I been informed during your stay, I would have taken immediate action. • Self-check-in is also possible: in your case, I tried to personally handle your arrival, with the sole purpose of making your stay as smooth as possible. • The suggestions for activities and restaurants are intended to offer an additional service to guests. The house has been recently renovated and is equipped with all the amenities described in the listing. I'm sorry you didn't have a completely relaxing experience, and I'll take your comments into account to further improve.

Excellent location. Newly remodeled apartment a block away from the center of Cortina. Has all the amenities needed. Decorated very tastefully and artistically. Excellent showers/hot water. A LOT of storage which is appreciated as the apartment itself is quite compact so it is helpful to be able to store luggage and personal items. Convenient parking spot. We had no negatives but it would be a tight fit for more than 3 adults unless 2 were sharing a bed (we were 3 single adults which worked out fine). 2 adults and 2 children would be the perfect fit. More than that and you might feel a bit squeezed. All in all a beautiful apartment in an excellent location.
