3 bedroom apartment with stunning views (K302)
This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is located in the popular complex of Paradise court. Set above the coastal resort of Costa Adeje it boasts amazing views of Costa Adeje and the surrounding area. The apartment is fully equipped and has 2 double bedrooms and a single room. A large lounge has a TV and free WIFI is provided. The large balcony has seating and sun loungers for relaxing and sunbathing and is perfect for watching the sunset over the Island of La Gomera.
All our contact details are in the apartment should you need them but otherwise we leave you to enjoy your holiday.
If you are staying for more than 7 nights, our staff will enter the property to change your bed linen and towels. If you do not wish this service - please contact the office to confirm.
Please take your trash-garbage-rubbish to the nearest communal bin area (Basura)
The complex is 1.5 km from the beach of la Pinta and is set up a hill so a car is recommended. All in all this is a great base for a relaxing holiday.
Please note we request a non refundable 20% deposit at the time of booking. The balance payment will be due 4 weeks before your arrival date.
Also we add 150€ as a security deposit in case of damage, which is refundable minus damages 7 days after check out
