"Tatiana's Garden House" is an example of an urban residence of the second generation of tannery owners in the area in the late 1930s. It has a renovated kitchen, bathroom, comfortable living room with smart TV and 2 sofa beds. It has a second bathroom with a washing machine. The house is comfortable, spacious, with private parking, in a quiet location but only 2km from Chania city center and walking distance from some of the most famous Chania-town landmarks: the old turn of the century mansions of Halepa, the beach of Agia Kyriaki, the TABAKARIA district (tannery district), the Archeological museum, and Venizelos museum / foundation, numerous restaurants, supermarkets and cafes.
