We just had a wonderful stay at the School Room, really spacious, extremely clean, everything you could need you will find here from the kitchen to the lounge, games, books, magazines, local attractions, places to eat, super comfortable bed, well thought out. There is a local little shop and pub serving food where the locals make you feel so welcome all a short walk, lovely garden to sit and enjoy exclusively. Would highly recommend this property.

The accommodation was perfect.

The accommodation was perfect. The School Room is well thought out and had everything we needed for a comfortable week while we explored the local area. Plenty of space and books and games for guest use. Our hosts were friendly and approachable. We made good use of the Folly for outdoor relaxing and hope to return to The Old School in the future to spend more time in this beautiful part of the country.

The property was an excellent base for exploring The Forest of Dean. There was plenty of space inside as well as outdoor space. The kitchen was very well equipped and the hosts were on hand to deal with the smallest of problems. Overall I would recommend.
