Thanks to the materials and a mix of neutral tones, with small touches of color, this studio located in the neighborhood of Chamberí has acquired a calm and relaxing character that is far from the hustle and bustle that characterizes the center of Madrid.

This ground floor studio is distributed in a fully equipped American kitchen, a room that serves as a living-bedroom and a beautiful bathroom. Undoubtedly, a special place to spend unforgettable days in Madrid. 

The studio has a privileged location. Very well located, in the stately neighborhood of Chamberí, this area is home to some of the best theaters in the city, such as the Canal, the Luchana or the Abadía. As for museums, here coexist from beautiful art galleries like the Sorolla, to less conventional ones like the Geominero or the Andén Cero, which includes a visit to the ghost subway station of Chamberí.

Chamberí has always been known for its traditional taverns. However, in recent years, more and more nouvelle cuisine bars and restaurants have chosen this area to open their doors. And we are not only talking about Ponzano street, a must-visit to try the latest in Madrid´s gastronomy, but also the area around Plaza Olavide, as well as the streets near Alonso Martínez and Castellana.

We kindly inform you that the arrivals after 20:00 pm have an additional cost of 30€ and after 22:00 pm of 50€, and after 00.00 am this is 70 €.

During your stay at the apartment in Madrid we ask you to contact Luxury Rentals Madrid per email at reservations@luxuryrentalsmadrid.com immediately if you find anything missing or in bad conditions or if you accidently break anything so that we can fix or settle whatever it is. We want you to enjoy your stay and not be inconvenienced by something which can be fixed or replaced.

Departure should be before 11:00 am, if you require a later departure let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate you, providing our next arrival is not early the same day.


On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to turn lights and A/C off, leave the keys on the table, and shut the door on your way out.

We will inspect the apartment after your departure and return the refundable deposit minus any damages which may have occurred within 7 to 10 working days.

Please note that the client is liable for the correct and decent behavior of all the persons accompanying him/her. Should that person or any of the persons accompanying him/her not behave in a suitable and responsible way, Luxury Rentals Madrid shall be entitled to request the client and the persons accompanying him/her to leave the apartment without the right for the latter to claim any type of compensation.

Important Information:
Never leave the key in the lock on the inside when you leave the apartment, as the door will be locked and it will be necessary to open it by a locksmith, the cost of which, in such case, will be charged to the tenant.
FOR YOUR SAFETY, do not forget to lock the door (turn the lock completely) every time you leave the apartment to avoid unwanted intrusions. (Except the day of check out)
Neither the management company nor the owner of the apartment will be held responsible for these events.
If there is any case of emergency, please call 112.
Animals without written permission, parties and Loud music are strictly forbidden and could result in immediate eviction from the property.

These are my pros and cons about this place Pros: - Location, very easy to go almost any where from there. Plenty of restaurants, stores and 25 min away from Sol walking . - Apartment, brand new kitchen, bathroom and washer and dryer. - Storage, plenty of storage space for one person. Con: - Building, the apartment is on ground level which means you will hear people making noise, opening the window is not an option unless you want to compromise your own privacy and security. - Temperature, there is AC but you wont be able to control it and because the apartment is on ground level it gets very humid when it rains. - Lack of Space, the kitchen takes a lot of space, there is not a single desk or table for any one to eat or work at . - Security Deposit is 3 times more than the avg In conclusion, I will NOT rent an apartment from this company again , mostly because the deposit and the place feels almost claustrophobic.
