Nice and comfortable one-bedroom apartment with a communal patio a few meters from the Arch and the Basilica de la Macarena. It has heating, air conditioning and wifi.
The kitchen is integrated into the living room with all the necessary equipment: Dole Gusto coffee maker, kettle, oven/microwave, washing machine, refrigerator... The living room has a large sofa bed, a dining table for 4 people, and a TV. It has terrace furniture in case you want to enjoy a coffee or snack outside.
The bedroom has a very comfortable double bed and a built-in wardrobe. Access to the bathroom from the bedroom.
The apartment is located in a very quiet area. A few meters away there are bus, taxi and bicycle and scooter rental stops. The center is a 20-minute walk away. La Alameda de Hércules 10 minutes away and Isla Mágica 8 minutes away.
