Great vacation house
We stayed at this property in April of 2024. Although the pool water was cool, it was refreshing and the kids loved it! 2 amazing floatie chairs were provided, which the adults took advantage of. There is a cutie tree in the front yard and a grapefruit tree in the back yard which was great for snacks. There was a shortage of plates, so I would recommend bringing paper plates along--we had 6 people and although there were additional small plates, there were only 4 large plates so we had to do dishes often. We spent a lot of time in the screened in porch area, which was great. We also used the gas grill to grill out and propane was available for our use. The furniture and bedding was mostly comfortable, although the kids complained that their mattress (one of the queen beds) was very hard. There are close neighbors but the backyard is very private due to the walls/fences. The location is nice--we did some great hikes which were all within a half hour from the house. The hosts were wonderful with instant communication and made our stay quite pleasant. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the Chandler area!
