Welcome to our cozy desert oasis! Our goal is to make you feel at home, cared for, and create an unforgettable experience. This private 3Bd/2Ba retreat offers a pool, BBQ, fire pit, and a screened porch with string lights—perfect for relaxing outdoors. Located near peaceful Dobson Ranch, just 15 mins from the PHX airport with quick freeway access. Only 10 mins to Gilbert, Chandler, and Tempe, and 20 mins to Old Town Scottsdale. Guests can also rent our Toyota Highlander to skip rental car lines.

Immerse yourself in the ultimate desert retreat at this private 3-bedroom, 2-bath home. From covered parking to secure keyless entry, your vacation begins the moment you arrive.

Living Spaces:
Step inside to a cozy living room with desert-inspired touches, a leather sofa, ceiling fan, and Smart TV—the perfect spot to relax after a sun-soaked Arizona day.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
-Primary Suite: King bed, Smart TV, full closet, dresser, mirror, and private bathroom with all the essentials.

-Bedroom 2: Queen bed + closet.

-Bedroom 3: Queen bed + closet + pack-and-play crib for families.

-Guest Bath: Stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh towels, and a hair dryer.

Kitchen & Dining:
Fully equipped with cookware, dishes, spices, Keurig + drip coffee makers, toaster, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher—everything you need to cook and share meals together. Dining table seats the whole group. Portable high chair for children included.

Laundry:
Washer/dryer with supplies provided. A small desk and chair make it easy to work or study if needed.

Outdoor Oasis
-Screened Porch: String lights, dining table, Smart TV, and games.

-Pool: Professionally maintained, fenced for safety, with loungers, towels, and floaties provided for your enjoyment.

-BBQ: Weber 4 Burner Liquid Propane

-Fire Pit: Liquid Propane

Rental Car:
Toyota Highlander with third row seating. Car seats and boosters available. Skip the rental lines at the airport and walk out to your vehicle. Please send an inquiry for this simple add-on.

Guest Notes:
-Pool: The pool is not heated. A safety fence is installed for access in the backyard, but please supervise children at all times around water.

-Pets: Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.

-Vendors: Pool, landscaping, or pest control vendors may access the backyard up to once a week. We’ll always notify you in advance.

-Security: One actively recording doorbell camera overlooks the front entry, capturing video and audio. This is the only camera on the property and is used only to monitor arrivals and departures.

Cross country diving

Wow, this house was great! It was a perfect place for our hotel weary group. Emily and Jerrod had everything that we could need or want: soap, shampoo, laundry soap, etc. The beds were so comfortable. Location was 20 min from everywhere we planned to visit.

Trip to Mesa

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. We spent most of our time around the pool or in the screened in sunroom. We were a little disappointed there was no giant cactus in the front yard, as the pictures all show, we had been really excited for that being from the Midwest. We went to lake saguaro and definitely recommend that if you’re in the area.

Great House and Communication

Emily and Jarrod were on top of all communications before check-in and notified us about an issue from the previous guest. The location, amenities, and overall house were great, would highly recommend and consider renting again when back in town!

Convenient location near all services and good proximity to the airport. The house was clean with plenty of room inside and out. The enclosed patio and pool area are both nice. Communication with the hosts was excellent. This property served us well while visiting family over the Christmas holiday!

Great place in a great location. House came fully equipped with all the amenities. Place comes exactly as advertised. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Will definitely be back in the future!

Amazing backyard!

Our stay was amazing and the hosts were so friendly and helpful and quick to respond. Our favorite part was the gated pool and screened in patio! It was PERFECT for our family! Our toddler was able to walk around and we didn’t feel nervous or scared about her getting bit by bugs or being near the pool. The house and beds were all so comfy. The hosts even had little snacks and waters for us when we arrived. Well def. Be coming back when we reunite with our military family out here!

Gorgeous property and very well-equipped.

We had a lovely time! Centrally located property was very well equipped, lots of linens, very comfy beds, pool and Lanai were very relaxing and maintained. While we weren’t traveling with small children, we noticed there was a high chair and pack-and-play for young families. Hosts were extraordinarily responsive and hospitable. Thank you so much for making our trip a pleasure.

Hidden gem

House is very nice and had everything we needed. Very well kept. Neighborhood was nice, there is a park a short walk from the house which was nice. Enjoyed hanging out by the pool and grilling food and hanging out in the back sunroom. The fresh oranges and grapefruit from the trees in the yard were an added bonus. So many places to enjoy within walking distance which made out stay even better.

Such a cute, cozy home!

Me, my boyfriend and my family went to Arizona to visit my boyfriend’s family and do some sight seeing. We arrived at 7am on check in day and Emily let me know as soon as the cleaners were done so we could get in there as soon as possible! We went to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Tortilla Flat, and San Diego and it was so nice to have such a cozy home to return to after so much driving! Emily was a very good, attentive host and we’ll definitely be booking this house again next time we come back!

This lovely home exceeded expectations! We had 4 adults and an 8 year old child, with plenty of space for all. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for basic cooking. Lots of cabinets and storage! Pool is lovely, large,with comfortable temp. Everything is very clean! Beds comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. The host is fantastic, with timely response to questions. Highly recommend!

Very Nice

We enjoyed our stay here, it was perfect for our visit. When we arrived it was 115 degrees outside but the AC was more than adequate to tame the temperature. The pool was very refreshing and often used. The covered carport kept our vehicle temperature bearable. Lots of great restaurants in the area plus nearby grocery stores. The hosts were great communicators and very accessible and accommodating. We would stay here again if in Mesa... J&M

Excellent Home away from Home

The property was the perfect setup for our family. The patio and pool area was perfect. Fully equipped kitchen, pool towels supplied was a plus. We felt very comfortable there. Close to so many stores and restaurants.

The perfect get-away!!!

This was the perfect place, supplied with anything we could've ever needed for our trip! Emily responded so fast and was so helpful and generous and kind. The location is perfect because it is in driving distance of many towns we wanted to visit. The pool was so relaxing and we definitely want to come back here again and couldn't recommend this VRBO more!

Friends Getaway

Owners are very nice and very prompt to answer any questions i had. We were able to check in a little earlier than the check in time. House is very nice and in a great quiet neighborhood. My only complaint was that the house wasnt as clean as it should have been since we had to wait till the cleaners cleaned after the last renters. Living room floor had dirty foot prints, the master shower had dirty foot prints in the shower and the shower wall had soap scum buildup. Beds were haphazardly made so we werent sure if the bedding had been washed so we washed it all before using it. Pool didnt look like it had been cleaned either. Had lots of leaves in it, which we cleaned out.Plates and some of the cooking utensils were dusty from not being used. Other than that it was a very nice place and we enjoyed our stay.
