Exclusive to Prestige Villas, This is a brand new 2023 property, now complete and ready for our first guests! With a modern contemprary design, Villa Helios is ideally located being just a five minute drive down to the neighbouring resort of Barbati with it’s sweeping white pebble beach and wonderful selection of restaurants and chill-out bars. The open plan design incorporating large sliding glass windows onto a huge veranda takes advantage of the wonderful views. To the side of the property there is a horizon style swimming pool with infinty edge set in decking and surrounded with natural stone walling. The five bedrooms, three with their own shower room overlook the olive groves to the rear of the property with views down to the sea. (one Twin bedroom is semi basement without view)
There is a delightful outdoor dining area with BBQ plus off road parking.
