The entire land plot of the villa is absolutely gorgeous and uniquely arranged. The owner has designed and structured the surrounding areas for vista, seating and summer leisure. The garden is filled with a colorful and joyous variety of plants and flowers while trees baring fruits of all kind such as pomegranate, lemons, oranges, nuts, figs, kiwi, plums, vineyards, can be found throughout the plot.
The little creek edging the property, is an absolute pearl. This small but surprisingly rich and lively little ecosystem is home to a seriously joyful and sweet-voiced little frog community as well as to a few species of intriguing small birds. The peekaboo turtles although a bit shy, are also quite the friendly bunch!
More than 100 trees (5m tall) have been planted all around the property to ensure your complete privacy and quite.
The long sandy beach of Roda is certainly appreciated by many tourists as it gently shelves into the deep offering very shallow waters for the first 40meters - ideal for young kids, relaxing and for all sorts of activities/play time. Further down the beach you will find 2 beach volley fields, water sport facilities, and several beach bars.
The village of Roda, also 2 minutes away from the Villa has everything you want and more: excellent restaurants of traditional Greek cuisine as well as international cuisine (Italian, Chinese, British…), souvenir shops, grocery stores, tour agencies, car/scooter rentals, ATM. Brand new medical center right across our villa back entrance.
For those of you looking for nightclubs, the Villa is just a 3 minute drive from Acharavi and 10 minutes away from the world-famous Sidari beach a popular clubbing destination for both British and local Greek youth.

The experience of a stay in the “Villa Jolie” is the combination of sports with family holidays in a relaxing spacious and beautiful environment. The Villa has a bright and practical interior space (300sqm) and a large outside plot (2000sqm) with private tennis court, very large swimming pool, ping pong table, jacuzzi and bbq area. Even if you have the beach at 2 minutes’ walk of the villa, to dip in the pool at any time of the day is a real pleasure. Roda village and its population are very welcoming and we could recommend you some places where to eat, rent bikes/cars and have fun. George and Alex, will look after all your needs during your stay and will be your private joyful connoisseur of the island. All staff working at the villa and in our offices are locals who share the ancestral sense of “filoxenia”- hospitality.
What makes this property unique
Appart from all the amenities, the location of the Villa is one of its greatest assets. The back gate of the property will lead you straight to the main street of the village where you will find everything you need. The main gate has a private 150m road that leads right to the beach. The entire property is however fully isolated and surrounded by tall pin trees that give you all the privacy, quite and peace you need to relax during your holidays.
