Both bedrooms feature double beds, that can be split apart two form twin singles if desired, making it ideal for families/couples enjoying a city break, or groups of golfers looking to hit the links. Features delightful open plan living room/kitchen with dining table and seating looking out onto the street for enjoying meals. Newly refurbished shower room with walk-in shower.Access to the apartment is via a small side lane leading to the back of the building, up one flights of stairs, and via a hallway entrance shared with the apartment next door.Upon entering the apartment hallway, doors lead off to the master bedroom, second bedroom, living room/kitchen/dining area. A door from the master bedroom leads to a small utility room with washing machine and dryer.There is a shared communal garden at the back of the building.Free on-street parking (not guaranteed)
