Muttoes Apartments (No 3)
This comfortable apartment is situated right in the centre of St Andrews just off North Street and across from university buildings. The main shopping street and several restaurants are within a few hundred yards. The Old Course is about a 10 minute walk and the famous beaches, the West Sands and the East Sands, are no more than 15 minutes away. In addition, all the historical landmarks including the Castle and the cathedral are nearby.
In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed with plenty storage space and the bathroom has both a shower and a bath.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, fan-assisted oven and microwave and is well stocked with all kitchen essentials to allow the preparation of meals.
In the lounge there is a fireplace with an electric fire and comfortable leather chairs and sofa as well as a smart TV and a dining table and chairs. In addition there is a large walk-in cupboard.
There is access to the communal garden as well as to the bicycle shed.
The apartment has everything necessary to make your stay as enjoyable as possible in this lovely historic town.
