Both the house and the village offer beautiful views. It is very close to the Jarama River, which is just a short walk away. 8 minutes from Patones de Arriba. Very close to the Pontón de la Oliva dam, a great starting point for excursions, as well as the Atazar reservoir and the village of Atazar.
The area is very quiet, ideal for unwinding and relaxing.

On the property there is a building used as a sculpture studio that is not available for rent.

During the colder months, in addition to oil-fired heating, the house features a fireplace with an insert in the living room and a wood-burning stove.

Within the grounds, there is a sculpture and painting studio and a sculpture workshop, which are not available for rent.

The house is ideal for spending a few days with the family. Although it’s in the village, it’s set back from the centre. It’s ideal for working remotely.

Because it’s a very spacious and open house, it’s easy to air it out.
Due to current circumstances, the house is cleaned with disinfectants, and there is a minimum 24-hour gap between one group of guests and the next.
