Villa Marecoco, Forio, Ischia

A beautiful and comfortable, traditional-style villa with a private pool, located in a residential area. It comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. It features a large garden with private parking and a pool with a spacious sun deck. We are close to the La Mortella Gardens, just a few minutes from the Negombo and Poseidon Thermal Parks. The beautiful San Francesco Bay is just over a 10-minute walk away. Most of the island’s beaches are nearby.

The property
The villa is exclusively available to guests.
The interior of the property consists of 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room.
All necessary linens are provided, including beach towels.
The bathrooms are brand new and equipped with spacious showers.
The four bedrooms are comfortable and all feature individually controlled air conditioning.
The layout of the bedrooms makes it particularly pleasant for two families or groups of friends to share the villa, as two bedrooms—each with its own bathroom—are located on the north side of the house, while the other two—also with their own bathrooms—are situated on the south side, ensuring that each family unit maintains its privacy.
In addition, the beds in the bedrooms are arranged as follows: on the south side of the house, the first bedroom has a double bed, while the second has two single beds that can be converted into a double; on the north side of the house, one bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds.
Each bed comes with two pillows: one soft and one memory foam.
The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a 4-burner gas stove, an electric oven, a microwave, an espresso machine, a Nespresso pod machine, and all kitchen appliances such as a kettle, toaster, griddle, blender, etc.
The villa is equipped with everything you need for a completely relaxing holiday.
The villa’s outdoor area includes a very large garden overlooking the sea and the harbour of Forio, private parking, and a swimming pool.
Upon request, we provide a barbecue for use in the garden.
All facilities are for the exclusive use of the guests staying there.
